Eagle Home School Co-op will award students Jr.-Senior High with an Academic Letter Award which will encompass the following rules, expectations and requirements:

1. You must maintain an cumulative 3.5 grade point average by the ending date of Thursday, May 11, 2006.
2. The following guidelines are to be followed:

   A  4.0    Superior
   A- 3.75
   B+ 3.25
   B  3.0    Above Average

3. You must log and submit your grades by the following dates:
First Trimester grades due: Thursday, January 12, 2006
Second Trimester grades due: Thursday, March 23, 2006
Third Trimester grades and a $10.00 material fee is due by Thursday, May 11, 2006
(If your student is homeschooled year round, please divide his or her work by three. The final deadline will remain the same)
4. The final award will be based on the cumulative GPA; thus, a student may improve his or her GPA to gain an cumulative GPA of 3.5 by Thursday, May 11, 2006. Grades, however, must be submitted for review by the due dates stated above. Please keep careful records at home in case the Universities or Colleges require an audit of your students grades. Eagle Home School Co-op is not responsible for your record keeping.
