EAGLE Christian Co-Op Hold Harmless Agreement

By registering your family to participate in EAGLE Christian Co-Op activities, you agree to the following:

EAGLE Homeschool Co-Op, Inc. (dba EAGLE Christian Co-Op), its board members, volunteers, and participating facilities assume no liability and make no assumptions of risk for any injuries, damages, or loss that may occur during participation in EAGLE activities, field trips, or events.

Parents/guardians remain fully responsible for the supervision, behavior, and safety of their children at all times. Participation in EAGLE activities is voluntary.

By registering and signing EAGLE’s Hold Harmless & Electronic Signature agreement, participants agree to release and hold harmless EAGLE Homeschool Co-Op, Inc., its leadership, volunteers, and participating facilities from any liability related to their family’s participation.
